Flu season is upon us, but it doesn’t have to catch you unprepared. This super flu bomb will boost your immune system and help fight off nasty germs and viral disease. Try this natural remedy to stay ahead of the game this season, with convenient ingredients you may already have in your pantry.

Tried-and-True | Flu Remedy


Ingredients:


TURMERIC - 6 inches (3 tablespoons powder)

GINGER - 6 inches (3 tablespoons powder)

GARLIC – 10 cloves

ONIONS – 2 medium

LEMON – squeeze 6 or 12 tablespoons lemon juice

CAYENNE PEPPER – 1 teaspoon or 5 opened capsules (at least 90,000 heating units)

HONEY – 5 tablespoons (may use if you are not Diabetic)

WATER - 2 cups hot water



Tried-and-True | Preparation:


BLEND all ingredients together in 2 CUPS of HOT BOILING WATER.

Next let it steep for 40 minutes.

If you have a powerful blender, blend the pulp until smooth, if not, strain mixture. Allow to cool before drinking.


Instructions


Take 3 to 4 tablespoons of the SUPER FLU BOMB every 15 minutes while

symptoms continue. Keep the remainder refrigerated. Pause for 2 hours before

and after lunch when you are taking a Probiotic.


• Continued use of Super Flu Bomb – 1 tablespoon, 2 to 3 times daily for up

to 2 weeks after symptoms cease.
