The seventh-day Sabbath is a guide to bring us into harmony with God.
In essence, the seventh-day (Saturday) Sabbath is a joyful and treasured gift—more than just a break from the week’s hustle. It’s a special time set aside by God to refresh the soul, grow closer to Him, and celebrate His love as both Creator and Redeemer. The reasons are deeply rooted in the Bible:
1. A memorial, a celebration of God as Creator. Genesis 2:1-3, Exodus 31:13
2. A Joyful Reminder of Redemption and Renewal. Deuteronomy 5
3. Walking in Step with God’s Loving Instructions
4.A Safeguard, and a Peaceful Pause to Rest and Reconnect. Exodus 20:8
5. A Beautiful Glimpse of Heaven to Come
6. A Loving Opportunity to Show Our Loyalty to God
7. The Seventh-Day Sabbath is a Reminder that We Are Free From the Bondage of Sin.
Deut. 5:12-15
Seventh-Day Sabbath worship is not just about the day. It is a sign of our inner, heart and mind commitment to God.
Our programs, special services, and upcoming events are shown on the Events/Calendar page.
